Decent product but unreliable delivery

While the bedcover is pretty decent my experience with the delivery was horrendous. The delivery partner refused to deliver to my location saying the area was unserviceable. Upon reaching out to The India Artisan I was assured help but was left with some empty words. Eventually I had to go and pick up the courier myself from the delivery location which is an hour away from place. Despite the experience I wasn't offered any compensation for the trouble I had to endure. While the product is nice, I won't be ordering from here again which is quite a shame.
