Inconsistency in sizing

I have many shirts from the brand and the sizing is so consistent. Small size shirts are bigger than medium size shirts. Have always had to return and replace orders that too at my own cost. While the designs and quality is great.

But the lack of sizing consistency and paying for reverse pick up shows the brand is not ready to cater to repeat customers.
